Fees & Assessments

The Annual Membership Assessment varies with the budget and typically is between $200 and $300. This fee is used to fund our annual operating budget (which is available for viewing on this website). Fees are due when approved by the homeowners in the annual meeting in early October each year.

Covenant Violation Fee: Initial Fee is $100, and can escalate to $500. For each 30-day period in which the violation remains uncorrected, an additional fee is assessed to the member. (Please see "Covenants & Restrictions Violation Procedure" for complete details.)
